We create each item especially for you once you place your order (print-on-demand). For this reason, returns or exchanges are not possible if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days with your order details and a photo.

In line with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.
